[LeadersWorkshop] Help reqd. on Managing Customers

Hello Every One,
 
Managing business means managing customers....................Can anyone help me in providing PPT or any e book in this respect as I am responsible for the effective & efficient managing of customers.

Heelo every1

I am a student of computer Engg.

i have problem which i think u ppl can solve.
i don't have guts to speak in front of people.I can't ask a question
in class.....i canh't give a good presentaion. I can't speak to girls.i
can't speak in front of people.This problem i have.
I have lived like this,but i don't wantr to live such a life anymore.

This group is for leaders.In future i will be a manager in a
company.if i can't talk effectively then how can i be a good manager.

Hope u people will help me.......
