Many of my friends has given equations addopted at their own company or firms.
(BASIC + DA) / {26 DAYS IN CASE OF DAILY RATED}OR {30 DAYS IN CASE OF MONTHLY PAID STAFF} * NUMBER OF UNAVAILED OR ELIGIBLE EL/PL .
