Some more suggestions...
This is slightly out of the box, you may like to review this well before you think of doing this.
This is called the SPOTLIGHT.
Give each participant of the program 5-15 minutes of his fame!
Blind fold a person and give him a torch light, he will keep swishing it at our participants, and stop at one point of time, at that time the person on whom the torch light falls is on the spotlight. now he has to come ni front of the audience and do what the majority asks him to do! This would be a fantastic session where all the participants get completely refreshed!
