Subject: {PassionHR} HR Reports
Am, currently pursuing MBA from Bangalore. Now our campus placements are going on. I had attended an interview with CGI for the post of HR Generalist. The JD mentioned by them says that we have to handle report and database of employees who are based in US. Also prepare and create different types of reports which can be consolidated from the database.
I have attended the first round of interview with them where in they where checking the knowledge on MS Excel. So could you please let me know what kind of questions can be asked based on this JD and what are the different possible HR report that can be created and also what will be the content in these reports.
It would be great if you can guide me for the same. Expecting an early response from you.
