Firsy of all al da very best for your seminar.I could think of thes recommendations.hope you can use it.........
1) Ask the participaants to just point out one good thing about the seminar and one bad point.This can serve a dual purpose-it will in a way give you a feedback as well as encourage the participants to express their views.
2) Dumb charade game is another good option
3)If the seminar involves people exclusively from the HR domain you can ask them about any HR practise that they follow in their organization which is novel or about any practise which they have read and is exclusive.
Apart from these the ideas propounded by Latika too are interesting.

We are going to organize 3 days seminar than after last day after seminar ending at 6pm we do have dinner 7:30 onward. but prior to that we want to do something which can make them feel relaxed after 3 day tiring session……can you suggest me what we can do……..
