RE: {PassionHR} ESIC Contribution

Hi

This is a real problem and no body will work in this situation but leave the company is not right decision. suppose if you have changed this company and join the new one and there also have the same problem then what you do?

You should wait because there was no HR procedures before you so employees will take time to come to you for any HR issue but slowly they will start to come for your suggestion.. you should also discuss about your problems with the partner and clear them about the new company structure. You also start to invite the employees and discuss with them about the procedures and benefits.

Thanks

Devendra Kumar

Dear All,

I am working in HR Dep't. on HR Generalist position, working in a CA firm. Here earlier was no hr deptt and reporting structure was all staff members were directly reporting to partner but now I am here but no one wants to go according to hierarchal structure they want to directly report to their partner even for hr related issues.

I am finding it very hard to work because I follow professionalism and proper structure.

Can you please tell me what to do…my morale is getting down because the reputation which I was fetching in my last org I m not getting here what to do working since last 6 months so can leave this firm because of recession too.

Plz help me.

Thanks & Regards

Swati Saxena
