| Hi This is a real problem and no body will work in this situation but leave the company is not right decision. suppose if you have changed this company and join the new one and there also have the same problem then what you do? You should wait because there was no HR procedures before you so employees will take time to come to you for any HR issue but slowly they will start to come for your suggestion.. you should also discuss about your problems with the partner and clear them about the new company structure.
