 Thanks for the idea.............however thats the later part, first i need to put up a proposal.............. any other suggesstions/ ideas for that.

 I feel you need to rethink on 3rd point.
 Award and Reward are two different thing....and I personally feel appreciation, gift and
 putting name of best performer on the board etc. should be considered.

We are planning for a Employee recognition and reward banquet, can someone help me in putting up a proposal for the same.
 
I have the following points in mind:
 
1. Short Description of the program
2. Objective of the program
3. Types of Awards to be included
 
Kindly guide me what points can be added under these points or what additonal points can be included.
