Greetings to all, It is a pleasure to see so many trainers and HR's coming to the "Trainers meet Trainers" forum's monthly meetings. What is even more interesting is the fact that there are more & more people showing keen interest in the activity. I am grateful to all who have been supporting this endeavor of mine and greatly appreciate all the help and support that I keep getting from all the moderators of the various yahoo groups and friends across the world.A BIG THANK YOU to each one. I have been often asked as to why I don't start a yahoo group and promote this activity in a bigger way. My answer is simple: Whatever I do is purely for co-operation and not competition. When there are groups who are helping and assisting I do not think there is any need for me to compete with them. We all have our own agenda and we all are unique. So, this way it helps not to intrude into another's territory and spoil things. Its best to join hands and all grow together in their own fields.
