Re: {PassionHR} Leave Plan ( Jan-09 to Dec-09)

Hi Santosh,
 
As already mentioned encashment cannot be denied.
 
Coming to the preparation of the plan - this could be done location wise and department wise.
  • Use an excel sheet
  • The names are listed vertically and the months mentioned horizontally.
  • Mark the dates for each individual in the respective month of the leave.
  • Take two preferences and use a colour code for each preference.
  • At one glance it would give you an insight as to who and how many people from a particular department would be on leave.
  • For heads of departments, have a separate sheet.

In our organisation we want to introduce Leave Plan i.e ( Jan to Dec-09). We are having (25 PL), which is to be carry forward every year. Henceforth we are not giving any PL encashment to any employees ( PL Accumulation is only 60 PL).  My employees strength is 300 at diffrent location.

Any body Could suggest me, how will go ahead or any leave plan format.
