RE: {PassionHR} Leave Plan ( Jan-09 to Dec-09)

Dear Santosh,

 

We cannot deny encashment of PL .As it is earned leave by the employee. You are violating statute. Further if you are putting a ceiling for accumulation pl make employees compulsorily avail minimum PL every year and get the yearly plan from the region to avoid gate crush.

Dear All,

In our organisation we want to introduce Leave Plan i.e ( Jan to Dec-09). We are having (25 PL), which is to be carry forward every year. Henceforth we are not giving any PL encashment to any employees ( PL Accumulation is only 60 PL).  My employees strength is 300 at diffrent location.

Any body Could suggest me, how will go ahead or any leave plan format.
