A Query:
My company is into outsourcing business having 3000 employess on role who works at different locations.
These employess are being issued ESIC cards with the dispensary registered at delhi.
- How the treatment will be given to them
- Form 105 is it applicable??
?? - what about the casual staff who works in fields?
What is the procedure to get the system run smooth as i am facing lot of problem.

Dear Friend,
ESIC Celing is Rs.10,000/=
1.75% as Employee Contribution
4.75% as Employer Contribution.
If due to any reason(s) [Increment or regular incentive payable within two months ] there is increase in wage i.e. more than Rs.10,000/= during the contributory period [ Apr-Sep and Oct-Mar] then the contribution shall continue till completion of contributory period. The employee shall be excempted from next contributory period.

Dear Friends,
Please help me.My query is regarding ESIC contribution.
We all are aware that ESIC is applicable for employees earning
10000/- gross salary.And 1.75% of gross salary is deducted for ESIC
and employer contribution is 4.75%.My query is if any employee who
is applicable for ESIC earns more then 10000/-in a particular month
due to incentive or bonus or any other allowance and after including
this bonus or incentives or leave encashment the gross salary turns
to 12000/- to 15000/-.And because of this incentive the gross salary
becomes higher and our payroll system deducts the 1.75% of gross
salary i.e.12000/- or of 15000/-.
Is it right or we have to consider only basic component of slary for
ESIC contribution. Our salary components are Basic, HRA,Education
allowance and Medical.
What we should and how we contribute ESIC in this case.
should we consider or not to consider the incentives for ESIC
calculation,
Is there in ceiling amt for ESIC contriburtion from employees and
Employer's Part.
