Good Mornging friends,
One of my friend attended an HR interview at a leading manufacturing industry at Ahmedabad. He was asked about the challenges that HR Department is facing globally.
The answer he gave was - Recession and Absenteesm, but could not explain in length to support his answer. Though, I think, both are correct response, I would like to know myself, what else could be current challenges HR Department is facing globally.
