- Having touch time with employees to understand issues and concerns proactively
- Addressing issues w.r.t job, role content
- Addressing issues w.r.t compensation, rewards and recognition
- Addressing issues w.r.t manager relationships / leadership
- Addressing issues w.r.t location, or any other logistics
- Ensuring that there is enough communication (top-down and bottom up )
- Through regular Business Unit / Delivery Unit level updates
- Through regular team level interactions
- Through regular manager one on ones
- Through regular skip level interactions
- Ensuring c-SAT through operational efficiency:
- Handling employee queries and resolving them on time
- Providing support on HR related formalities
Add on more based on the role the HR person plays or the company requires.
