Hello, I am trying to find new methods for training evaluation. At present, we invite the trained employee to give a presentation to other employees to whom the topic may be relevant and some senior employees, followed by a discussion on the topic to highlight areas with specific reference to our organisation. When the team size is large, we give a questionnaire on the topic to be filled up. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. regards, Praveena S Bangalore |
